Last year I had an incident involving a skunk. Skunk was trapped, crawl space was cleaned and the entry gained to underneath the house was repaired. Last week woke up to the stench of another skunk. Went outside and noticed another hole under the slab where the HVAC unit sits. Thought maybe last years work would cover this years issue but the skunk gained access next to where it entered last year. Cal Brawner with Animal Pros was very quick to respond and was very empathetic after I explained my frustration! He made a couple attempts to catch but we believed the skunk to be trap smart. Cal went ahead and fixed the entry point with mesh metal and concrete. There has been no signs of the skunk and Im hoping he has moved on! Cal was great and Animal Pros showed some grace on the amount out of pocket this time. Couldn’t say enough good things after working with Cal. We received an egregious quote from a competitor for a squirrel in the attic around the holidays. Cal was personal and professional and took it as personally as we did that a squirrel had invaded. He was communicative and was able to help us even with us out of town. Cal was great to work with! Request him if you can for animal issues. We had a squirrel in our attic and he took care of it and did enzyme work etc. He also recommended other things we could do to try to prevent them from coming back.

We had Cal come out for the second time. He was very nice and very professional. The first time he quickly located a dead cat in our crawlspace. This time there was a dead mouse in a wall cavity. We had a great experience with Tim at Animal Pros! After a not so good experience with another wildlife company who overcharged and underdelivered, we lucked upon Tim at Animal Pros who was honest, affordable and got the job done! He was always responsive, friendly and on time. Squirrels were getting into our roof on and off for months and driving us crazy. Now the problem is finally fixed! Cal was great to work with on our squirrel in attic problem. NO more noises in the attic or in the gutters. I recommend Animal Pros. Very professional and thorough. I had a skunk get under my house and called several companies, but Animal Pros was the only one able to send someone out the same day. Cal was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He walked me through the plan, set multiple traps, and kept me informed every step of the way. Although we didn’t catch anything in the traps, I personally saw the skunk leave from under my house and leave the area. We kept the traps out for five days and never had any activity, and I haven’t smelled or seen the skunk since. After that, Cal took care of securing the entry points the skunk used, including installing mesh wiring near my AC unit and adding a new crawl space door. The service was excellent, professional, and thorough. Cal even followed up after the job was completed, which really shows the level of care they provide.
